Simon Ventura can conduct an audit of the current procurement and purchasing processes for your properties. we also audit the performances of the Maintenace staff time to complete work orders and to make units ready. this would be the followed by a comprehensive report detailing ways to add efficiencies to this process and create a report card of facilities performances.
