Simon Ventura can conduct telephone leasing call and grade the site employees on their effectiveness, we are also available for in person shops of employees, followed by a report card on the employee's performances: $400 phone shop, $1,200 in person shop
Facilities Audit
Simon Ventura can conduct an audit of the current procurement and purchasing processes for your properties. we also audit the performances of the Maintenace staff time to complete work orders and to make units ready. this would be the followed by a comprehensive report detailing ways to add efficiencies to this process and create a report card of facilities performances.
